Dr. Marty James Mrachek, O.D., has over 22 years of experience providing comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages in Bismarck, North Dakota. Raised in Williston, ND, he earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of North Dakota before completing his Doctor of Optometry degree at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. Dr. Mrachek’s clinical expertise includes geriatric care, contact lenses, LASIK, and the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases, strengthened through internships at private clinics across the Midwest. Inspired by his hometown optometrist mentor, he is passionate about building meaningful relationships with his patients and learning their stories. Dr. Mrachek is an active member of the North Dakota Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and two children.
